The staff was highly skilled and well-trained, so I will be back. The room was brand-new with sofa bed and it had wake-up service, that's cool.
Some people working there were very weird.

Great choice for trip. Exceptionally clean, stunningly beautiful hotel, amazing value. Climate control, an individual safe and a flat-screen TV in the room, the best and reasonably priced location. Amazing breakfast with more Indonesian food than international and responsive staff. Early check-in, generally great service. Roof top bar and lovely pool.

We had a pure cracking time! The rooftop bar had braw views, and Wahyu, the bartender, was exceptional. One downside, though, was the noise from the street—make sure yer room's away from that racket! a smashing stay.

The room was spacious with a nice balcony that offered some fresh air. Breakfast served a wide variety of foods, giving a good start to the day.
The Superior Double or Twin Room faced the street and suffered from noise issues, with traffic and a live band performing daily until 10 PM. The toilet flush operated poorly and had to be re-flushed multiple times, while the sink would pool water with extended use. The beds pushed together were not ideal for couples, and check-in delays added to the frustration of the experience. It lacked the comfort expected for a five-star hotel.

Kuta sunset chill vibes 🌅
Wow, the room was massive and super comfy! The pool area was the perfect spot for sundowners, and those staff members were just so friendly-always up for a chat! Those morning brekkies really set me up for the day, plenty to choose from.

The location near the mall was convenient. The rooftop pool area was fantastic for sunset views, though a projector obstructed part of the horizon. Breakfast featured a rich variety, including delicious buttery croissants. Noise from the street detracted from the tranquility, and the room's toilet had persistent flushing issues that needed multiple attempts.
